Blu Trumpet, owned and operated by Breaktime Studios, Inc. (“we” or “us”), allows app developers (“you” or “your”) to advertise their mobile applications (“apps”) and place advertisements within their apps. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect about you and the end users of your apps, how we use that information, and with whom we share it. To use the Blu Trumpet service, you must open an account with us. To open an account, you must provide us with your name, organization’s name, email address, physical address, telephone number, and payment information. Depending on your account type, you may need to provide credit card information to us or one of our service providers. You may also provide information about yourself in your communications with us.

We use your information to: provide and improve our services; provide support and answer questions; communicate with you about new services, promotions, and news about our company; collect and make payments; and enforce our rights.

We may share your information with service providers that we’ve contracted with to provide certain services, such as ad serving and payment processing (“service providers”). What information we make available to other companies depends on the nature of our relationships with them. We require these service providers to keep our users’ non-public information confidential.

To use the Blu Trumpet service, you must integrate the Blu Trumpet SDK into your app. The Blu Trumpet SDK gathers information about end users of your apps. This information may include: session information; device information (e.g., device type and OS version); unique device ID; geo-location information; IP address; carrier provider; carrier user ID; ads served via the Blu Trumpet service; apps downloaded from Blu Trumpet ads; and apps used to access Blu Trumpet ads.

We may track the above end user information over time and over multiple app developers’ apps in order to: provide and improve our services; provide targeted advertising; determine when ads have been served; determine when apps have been downloaded from Blu Trumpet ads; provide campaign performance data to app developers; and to enforce our rights.

We may share end user information with our service providers so that they can provide services to us. In addition, we may share end user information relating to users of your app with you; however, we will not share such end user information with other app developers.

You are responsible for making sure that your apps provide end users with appropriate privacy policies that disclose that third parties may gather the above information.

We may publicly disclose aggregated information about you, your campaigns, and your end users so long as we do not identify you, particular end users, or particular advertising campaigns.

We may disclose any information: in response to a legal request, such as a subpoena, court order, or government demand; to investigate or report illegal activity; or to enforce our rights or defend claims. We may also transfer your information to another company in connection with a corporate restructuring, such as a sale or merger. Breaktime Studios, Inc. is a California Corporation. All agreements are governed by the laws of California.

If you’re outside the United States, your information will be sent to and stored in the United States, where our servers are located. By using the Blu Trumpet service, you agree to the information collection, use, and sharing practices described in this Privacy Policy.
